Job Objectives

·         To ensure all incoming and outgoing payments are processed in a timely fashion

·         To set work priorities and respond to changing priorities that impact on daily planned activities

·         To train team members within the context of junior accountant development plans

·         To analyze and cross reference invoices, and authorizations and verify payments for approval

·         To undertake data entry, cost loading and journal vouchers into the Company accounts system

·         To prepare reports for analysis as needed

·         To analyze and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.

Essential Skills

·         College or University Degree in Accounting/Finance Discipline

·         Financial Management Systems

·         Data Analysis

·         Administration

·         Commercial Auditing

·         Team Leadership

·         Negotiation Skills

·         Contract Interpretation

·         Report generation

·         Planning and Prioritizing

·         3 to 5 years of work experience in a Finance Department


·         A Bachelors degree in Accountancy or Finance


Job Objectives

·         To prepare all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, peers, subordinates and to communicate with other Departments

·         To document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to perform day to day administrative tasks

·         To develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and agencies

·         To ensure events, processes and all relevant documents comply with Company procedures, policies, regulations & standards

·         To schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of the departments

·         To coordinate with others to receive or submit regular reports / forms in time

·         To order, dispense and maintain supplies required for regular administration works

·         To arrange, coordinate meetings / Conferences as required.
