U know my frn this kind of incident occur due to the uneducation, no appropreate information on health education to those area where is no any inproved means of infrastructure .
And such ba ba who take a merit of this situation .

U know to not to occur same kinds of incident we the people an the goverment should put the extra sffort & precaution majors at all .
