उपरोक्त सम्बन्धमा, NRNA– ICC तथा NRNA– क्षेत्रिय समितिका प्रतिनिधिहरुको सकृयतामा यही आगामी १७ जुलाई २००९ मा कुवेतमा NRNA– NCC (गैर-आवासीय नेपाली संघ) स्थापनाको निम्ती पहिलो औपचारिक बैठक बस्ने र छलफल गरी पदाधिकारीहरुको चयन समेत गर्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको हुँदा सम्पूर्ण ईच्छुक कुवेतवासी नेपालीहरुलाई १७ जुलाई २००९, शुक्रवारको बिहान १० बजे, कुवेत स्थित एसिया-एसिया रेष्टुरेन्ट, सुक अल-वातिया कम्प्लेक्स, मेजानिन फ्लोर (सेराटन होटेलको पछाडि) भेला भई यस विशेष कार्यक्रममा सहभागिता जनाई दिनुहुन यस माउण्ट एभरेष्ट स्पोर्टिङ्ग क्लव हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछ ।
